Passports

  • To apply for a new US passport or a passport renewal, please visit: US Department of State.
  • A valid passport is required enter Mexico and re-enter the United States, regardless of citizenship.
  • Travelers should apply for a passport immediately upon registration for their journey.
  • All passports must be valid for at least six months after the end date of the tour.
  • The name on a passport must exactly match the name on your journey registration. (Airlines may not permit passengers to board if their ticket does not match their passport exactly. Name changes after 110 days prior to departure carry a minimum $200 fee up to the cost of a new ticket.)
  • All travelers are required to give a laminated color copy of their passport information page to their Group Leader on departure day.

Passport information for non-US citizens should be obtained from the consular office of your country’s embassy in the United States: Foreign Consular Office Contact Information.

Visas

intelli.tours Academic has already reserved and confirmed your flights and will provide you specific details about your intinerary approximately 60 days before departure.

All flights will be on either American or United Airlines to and from your home city via Dallas or Houston with a non-stop connection to and from Oaxaca.

As an integral part of our safety and security plan, never on our journeys do you change planes or make stops in Mexico, other than non-stop flights to and from Oaxaca via Dallas or Houston on either American or United Airlines.
