intelli.tours Academic, a company founded by a public high school teacher, is committed to the care of and concern for all travelers on our journeys.  

Purposefully and with commitment, we embrace diversity and inclusion in all that we do and our respect for all travelers and their individuality edifies all of our interactions.

With classroom experience throughout the United States, extensive international travel experience leading educational journeys, and a profound belief in every student’s potential, we bring to each journey the patience, respect, compassion, and empathy for all travelers that we know is essential to learning and that every traveler deserves.

As travelers, we have learned that patience is essential for enjoyable international travel.

  • We take the time to understand before reacting.

RESPECT

As educators, we have learned the importance of creating a respectful classroom environment for everyone.  

As travelers, we have learned that respect is a key component of enjoyable international travel — respect toward the people we visit, respect toward the people traveling with us.

Respect is an integral part of all of our journeys:

COMPASSION

As educators, we have learned that having compassion for the realities and experiences of our students is essential to a safe and secure learning environment.  

As travelers, we have learned that compassion is essential to successful international travel and the acceptance of other cultures and places.

Compassion is an integral part of all of our journeys:

  • We understand that unfamiliar environments can bring discomfort.
  • We understand that none of us is perfect.
  • We understand that listening is all-important.

As educators, we have learned that finding common experiences and common ground allows us to empathize with others to create a caring and respectful classroom.

As travelers, we have learned that successful international travel depends on empathizing with those of different cultures.
